The Connecticut Development Authority provides financial and business assistance to small businesses in Connecticut's urban communities. The CDA is committed to strengthening Connecticut's economy by offering financial programs that help state businesses prosper, recruiting new businesses to the state, enhancing workers' professional skills, and helping facilitate the return of environmentally impacted industrial sites to productive use. Since 1993, CDA has provided over $1.9 billion in financial assistance with their private-sector partners.
