The new LoanLIST brings together the most accurate and up-to-date information available for loans in the SBA 7(a) Secondary Market.

This new look has been designed for the viewer to see the information in the most comprehensive way with an easily viewable layout of the terms and current loan data.

LoanLIST displays (if available) the most recent three payments posted to the loan in both the ‘Lender’ and ‘Investor’ views. LoanLIST now uses the following on-screen view:

GP - Gross Rate Certificate Face Amount Lender Fee Settlement Date SBA Fee Float Date FTA Fee Note Date Originator Fee Maturity Date Net Rate Basis Spread Prepay Notice Cap Payment Frequency Floor Adjustment Frequency

In addition to the new view of LoanLIST, a download of information is offered to better handle the processing of the data we make available.

By clicking the download button  and clicking submit (after you have entered up to 700 SBA 7(a) GP #s) you will receive an MS Excel file containing the following fields
