COLSON'S SECURITY STATEMENT |
|
Access to certain areas of Colson's website that contain sensitive information require a user id (account number) and password. Colson Services Corp. assigns the user id, along with a temporary password. The user may change the password at any time. The user id allows Colson Services Corp. to provide you with access to data pertaining to your specific account and to prevent unauthorized access to that data. Whenever you send sensitive (confidential) data to Colson, a secure session using Secured Socket Layers (SSL) technology must be established first. Colson's website employs SSL technology that uses 128-bit encryption on data transmissions. The SSL is certified by VeriSignTM. The lender must use an Internet browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, which supports 128-bit encryption in order to access the secure screens. Colson recommends using the most recent release of the browser, and not a beta version. |
