Welcome to Customer Service Online Request! Your online resource for submitting and tracking customer service inquiries. Claims, reallocations, transcripts, and note modifications can all be requested through this web facility.

Access is free!

Once inside, you can choose one of fifteen types of requests from our menu. Simply enter the requested information, then click the "submit" button and your request will be sent directly to our representatives. Once you have submitted a request, you can use Customer Service Online Request to check the status of your request.

If you have currently have access to 1502 Connection, LoanLIST, or PSUOnline, no additional enrollment forms are required; simply use your existing User ID(s) and password(s). If you do not currently have access to any of these facilities, we encourage you to explore these resources and enroll in those that meet your needs. Just like Customer Service Online Request, access to 1502 Connection, LoanLIST, or PSUOnline is free of charge.
